Switch to or open QuickBooks.
Select Accnt from the toolbar.
Verify that the spelling and capitalization is an exact match.
If the spelling or capitalization is incorrect, edit the account to fix the problem.
Search the list to locate Accounts Receivable and verify that the type is Accounts Receivable.
If the type is wrong either delete the account or rename it and create the account with the correct name and type. Refer to the QuickBooks online help for information about deleting or renaming accounts.
After verifying the account or making updates in QuickBooks, switch to MANAGESM and select Refresh QB Data button on the Accounting Setup window.
Result: This will update the QuickBooks accounts and items in MANAGE SM.
