Import File Utility

Use this utility to locate the latest import file and import the customer, vehicle, inventory and vendor data into the MANAGESM database.

To import customer, vehicle, inventory and vendor data:

  1. From the File Menu, select Import Data.

Result: A confirmation box displays asking you to confirm that you want to import the data into the MANAGE SM database.

  1. Click Start to start the import.

Result: A completion confirmation box displays and indicates how many records were imported into the database.
