The shortcut bar displays on the left side of the MANAGESM application window. The ALLDATA shortcut bar gives access to the ALLDATA library of repair information.
To hide/display the shortcut bar:

From the View menu, select Shortcut bar.
To see more information about ALLDATA options:

Click the options on the image on the left.
