This report is a balance due statement that can be given to a customer.
It includes customer name, address and phone numbers, invoice date and number, vehicle information, invoice total, amount paid, balance due for each invoice and total due.
From the Reports menu, select Customer Reports.
Result: A Customer Reports dialog box displays.
Select Customer Balance Due Statement.
In the Name field, type the customer’s name.
Click OK.
Result: The report displays in a separate window.
Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.
Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.
Click Print.
