Customer Credit Balances report

This report shows all customers with a credit balance.

It includes customer name, phone numbers, and credit amount for each customer with a credit balance.

To view and print the Customer Credit Balances report:

1. From the Reports menu, select Customer Reports.

Result: A Customer Reports dialog box displays.

2. Select Customer Credit Balances.

3. Click OK.

Result: The report displays in a separate window.

4. Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.

Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.

5. Click Print.
