Generic Shop Jobs report

This report is a list of all the Generic Shop Jobs set up in your system.

It includes the name, description and total. This is a good report to print and post where your technicians and service writers can easily reference it, such as under glass on a countertop, in a binder, or on the wall.

To view and print the Generic Shop Jobs report:

1. From the Reports menu, select Shop Reports.

Result: A Shop Reports dialog box displays.

2. Select Generic Shop Jobs.

3. Click OK.

Result: The report displays in a separate window.

4. Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.

Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.

5. Click Print.
