Inventory Reports - Normally Stocked Parts by Description report

This report is a list of all the parts from the shop inventory sorted by part description.

It includes the part number, description, minimum stocking level, maximum stocking level, quantity on hand, cost, selling price and totals.

To view and print the Inventory Report – Normally Stocked Parts by Description report:

1. From the Reports menu, select Inventory Reports.

Result: An Inventory Reports dialog box displays.

2. Select Normally Stocked Parts by Description.

3. Click OK.

Result: The report displays in a separate window.

4. Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.

Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.

5. Click Print.
