Parts report

This report is a list of all the parts set up in your system.

It includes the part number, description, cost, and retail charge.

To view and print the Parts report:

1. From the Reports menu, select Shop Reports.

Result: A Shop Reports dialog box displays.

2. Select Parts:

3. Click OK.

Result: The report displays in a separate window.

4. Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.

Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.

5. Click Print.
