Profit by Order for Parts and Labor report

This report lists all profits on parts and labor sorted by order number.

It includes the Post Date, Order number, Costs, Sales, Profits, and Totals.

To view and print the Profit by Order for Parts and Labor Only report:

1. From the Reports menu, select Management Reports.

Result: A Management Reports menu displays.

2. Select Profit/Efficiency Reports.

Result: A Profit/Efficiency Reports dialog box displays.

3. Select Profit by Order for Parts and Labor.

4. In the From and To drop-down calendars, select the date range you want included in the report.

Note: The From date defaults to the last used date value for the To field or to a month before the current date, if the report has not been printed before.

5. Click OK.

Result: The report displays in a separate window.

6. Click the print button at the top of the window to print the report.

Result: A Print dialog box allows you to select the print range and the number of copies.

7. Click Print.
