This tab is populated with part and labor items that have been selected to be added to the Job. To delete an item: select it and click Delete Checked.
Note: The size of the column can be adjusted for easier view.
Verify the following Line Item in OEM + AutoZone fields:
Item Type |
The Icon indicates the type, Part or Labor. |
Catalog |
The company name of the supplier or a brief description of the labor service. |
Description |
A description of the service rendered or the part supplied (500-character maximum). For example, remove and replace the Front Door. This field defaults when a work requested description is already entered in a labor line item. |
Part# / Skill Level |
A brief description of the part or the technician skill level required to perform the service properly. |
Price / Warr Hrs |
The manufacturer suggested list price of one part or the labor time that is allowed by the manufacturer for warranty repairs for factory dealership compensation. |
Quantity / Std Hrs |
This indicates the quantity or standard hours added to the estimate. Click the down arrow to open the drop-list box and select a value between 1 and 100 or enter a value between 1 and 99999. |
When the Selected Line Item list is complete click Submit.
Result: If there is more than one Job on the Order the Distribute Selected Items Across the Jobs window displays. After selecting the Job, the items are added to that Job and the Add New Job window displays.
