Adding AfterMarket parts to orders

To add parts from AfterMarket Parts Catalogs:

  1. Select one of the Catalogs from the Catalog Viewer screen.

  2. Using the Category and Part Types list to search the catalogs for parts.

  3. Locate the part, check the price, view details and then using the catalog

  4. Transfer to Quote method Export parts to the Selected Items screen.

  5. Click Submit Checked on the Selected Items screen

Result: The confirmation box displays.

  1. Click OK to add the new part to the order.

  1. If only one job exists on the order, the order window displays with the WorldPac part added to the job.

  2. If multiple jobs exist on the order, the Add New Part window displays.

  1. Complete the Add New part Window.

Result: The original Order window displays with the new parts listed.
